The following statement discloses our information gathering, use and dissemination practices for the ECC website. Collection of Personal Information.
When you visit the ECC web site and/or use the ECC service, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") about yourself and/or your family members, such as your name, e-mail address, physical address, telephone number, place and date of birth, and credit card information.

ECC does not sell, share, or rent Personal Information to third parties except as specifically provided herein. You may review and revise any Personal Information we have about you by sending a request to info@euro-pass.org . The following is a description of the Personal information we gather:

Qualification Verification Tool: we do not collect any Personal Information. The information entered while using the tool is not stored on our servers after you leave the site.

Application Wizard: we collect the information required by the EU Government , and the country of heritage in order to submit the citizenship application. This includes the name, date of birth and place of birth of you and your family members, and your physical address. In order to create an account for you and process your order, we also collect your email address, phone number and credit card information.

Tell-a-friend: we collect your email address and the email address of your friend(s).

Information Usage
As explained above, the Personal Information we collect is used mainly in order to create your European citizenship application and process your order, or to enable other services available on the site. We may also use this information to notify customers about new products or services and special promotions offered by ECC, or any of its affiliates. From time to time, we may also share your Personal Information with trustworthy unaffiliated third parties, who offer products or services that we feel may be of interest to you.

We may collect and use information that is not Personal Information to improve and enhance your experience on the ECC web site. For example, we may use certain preferences you provide to tailor your experience at our site, such as showing you content and sending you notices concerning products and services that may interest you. .

We may release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our Terms of Use ; or protect the rights, property, or safety of ECC, our users, or others.
